We perform functions of our grants and contracts with quality services; Seek other grants and contracts from private and public funding sources; Network among the service agencies of NW Oklahoma; Advocate for rural Oklahomans and health policy with governing agencies, and provide health education in a variety of ways to rural Oklahomans.
