Health Professions Exploration Pathway

The AHEC center received a one-time grant that allowed us to purchase 100 licenses for https://www.virtualjobshadow.com/ the online resource to take charge of your own path in life by learning what career options are out there.

Career exploration is accessible with engaging job shadowing videos, featuring real people in real careers.  We are able to share this program with area high schools for free.  This opportunity is available on a first come, first served bases, with priority going to those students with an interest in health care professions.  We will have two sessions to maximize the amount of students who can access the program.  The first group will be from November 2020-March 2021 and the second group will have access from April - August 2021.
