Tri-County Family Resource Center
Fostering Resilience through Community Engagement

The Tri-CHIO (County Health Improvement Organization) and Rural Health Projects, Inc. received a grant from the Potts Family Foundation to create and implement a Family Resource Center (FRC) for Grant, Garfield, and Alfalfa counties. RHP’s FRC will host a tutoring program for kindergarten through 5th graders in a partnership with Enid Public Schools. Additionally, all families in the three-county area will be provided support, education and leadership opportunities. Join us this summer for our Ninja Life Hacks Summer Learning Academy!

WHAT OUR FAMILIES SAY
Family Resource Center
Tutoring Program Parent
The Family Resource Center's after school tutoring program has helped [our child] and our family tremendously. [Our child] struggles academically due to cognitive delays. Tutoring is providing [our child] a stress-free environment where he can learn at his own pace without feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or frustrated. Since [our child] began tutoring, he has improved academically at school and has gained a bettter understanding of his school work. The guidance and personal attention have strengthened his subject comprehension, his confidence, and learning skills while providing the motivation to complete his school work.

[Our child's] reading scores at school have improved tremendously. She has more conficence in her school work. One improvement I can also see if when she's reading she doesn't get stuck on a word like she would before, and she's retaining more of what she's reading."
